If the concentration is high, reaching 20%, distillation can be carried out directly using a jacketed reactor, and then an absorption tower can be used
The absorption-desorption effect will be better
The remaining ammonia water delivered by the condensation blower enters the ammonia water heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the ammonia-vaporizing wastewater coming from the bottom of the ammonia vaporization tower, before entering the tower to undergo ammonia vaporization. A portion of the wastewater at the bottom of the tower is directly heated by steam in a steam reboiler, turning into a vapor-liquid mixture that is then returned to the ammonia distillation tower as a heat source for distillation. The ammonia vapor evaporated at the top of the tower is partially condensed in a partial condenser, and the ammonia vapor with a concentration of about 18% is sent to the saturator of the ammonium sulfide unit. Another portion of the ammonia vaporization wastewater from the bottom of the ammonia vaporization tower is pumped by an ammonia vaporization wastewater pump to the ammonia water heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with the raw ammonia water used for ammonia vaporization. After that, it enters the wastewater cooler, where it is cooled to 40°C using circulating cooling water, and then sent to the phenol-cyanide wastewater treatment unit.
