Refining technologies for coal tar

At present, coal tar processing in China is mainly at a basic level; the technologies used are those developed by Saiding Engineering Company and Anshan Coking and Refractory Research Institute. The products produced can meet the needs of ordinary end-users, but their added value is not high； Foreign technologies enable advanced processing; products are classified more finely, their quality is higher, their added value is greater, and they find use in a wider range of higher-end applications. There are currently several countries that possess advanced processing technologies: one is France, one is Japan, and one is the United States. The technologies of the aforementioned companies are already in industrial use by some domestic manufacturers; we hope to receive information from users on this topic. We also hope that industry professionals involved in the deep processing of coal tar will actively participate in these discussions. Hehe
The scale of this issue is indeed considerable; there are very few companies in China that have adopted advanced technologies for the deep processing of coal tar, and Shanghai Baosteel Chemical Co., Ltd. is one of them, with another company located in Tangshan, Hebei. Whether foreign technology can be licensed is a rather difficult issue; the licensing of foreign technology does not work in the same way as that of domestic technology companies, which transfer it whenever there is a need. Foreigners place a lot of emphasis on market maintenance; they think first about their own interests, as well as those of the licensees, in order to prevent technology from spreading too quickly and to avoid a situation where there is no profit margin left once the market becomes chaotic. Hehe. At this point, domestic technology providers need to reflect seriously on this.
