I’d like to ask an expert: “The mixing nozzle (N6) is to be fabricated from standard pipe fittings and installed on the vessel so that it can be easily removed through nozzle N10. The required orifice diameter is to be achieved by using standard pipe reducers, which may need to be adjusted as necessary to meet the specified dimensions. The outlet of the jet mixer pipe should be located in the opposite quadrant from nozzles N1, N7, N8, and N9, in order to ensure proper mixing.” What does this mean? The mixing nozzle (N6), made from standard fittings, should be installed on the container in such a way that it can be easily removed from nozzle N10. 2. The throttle holes are created using standard reducer fittings, with the desired diameter obtained by machining them on a lathe. 3. The outlet of the spray mixer pipe is placed opposite the quadrant occupied by nozzles N1, N7, N8, and N9, in order to achieve good mixing.
