The software VPHybridCADV10, which I recently found, comes with a cracked version; it allows for the editing of scanned drawings and files, and it is compatible with CAD. All the commands available in CAD are also present in this software, which makes it very convenient. It can also convert scanned PDFs, images, and other engineering drawings into CAD format, with excellent conversion results.
I’ve used the software you’re referring to, and it’s not good. The drawings that are scanned, once they’re vectorized, end up looking completely different

Generally, some adjustments are needed after vectorization, which is much faster than drawing from scratch. Moreover, the higher the version of the software, the better the results; I’ve tried lower versions and found their performance to be poor, while higher versions work well. But I mainly use it to edit scanned drawings, not for vectorization. It’s quite convenient to use editing to scan drawings.
