The re-inspection automatic packaging scale is the Korean fac5500 model, with a capacity of 30 kg and a minimum resolution of 10 grams. The setting is to reset automatically; each time it is calibrated using a 10kg weight, the error is around 20 to 30 grams. The base zero point varies between 1220 and 1780. The problem now is that calibration has to be done almost every day. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon while using it? Or where might the problem lie? I would like to ask everyone for advice, thank you
By calibration, do you mean calibrating the zero point or the measurement range? Is it a drift in the zero point, or is the displayed range not matching the actual value? Is it because the sensor’s precision isn’t high enough, resulting in large temperature drift?
The instructions state that the scale wasn’t adjusted properly, and there were issues with its fixation, which is what caused the values measured by the load cell to change; Of course, it’s also possible that the quality of your load cell is poor, resulting in creep

Thank you for those who are still paying attention to this issue. Now the problem has been identified; it’s an installation issue. One is the issue of the scale body being horizontal, and the other is friction between the axis and the scale body. It has returned to normal now.
Our company also uses this product, and when we encounter such problems, it is often the cylinder that is at fault
Reply to 7# weimoushan: Are there any application records related to the automatic packaging of caustic soda?
Check the balance of the scale (whether the four corners are unbalanced); Check whether the sensor’s performance is poor (measure resistance and voltage) ; Is there a problem with the connection wire? ;
