When the electrolyzer is filled to capacity and polarization is applied, does the anode hose turn black and do any black substances flow out along with the brine?

After modifying the North China Chemical Machinery electrolyzer ZMBCH-2.7 to have zero pole distance and starting it up, liquid overflowed during filling; the hose at the output of the polarization anode turned black, and black substances flowed out along with the brine. The polarization voltage was measured to be normal, and the current increased to 4.1 KA, at which point everything returned to normal. I’m asking if anyone has encountered this situation. ， ， -

No, it turned black all at once; there were visible black particles in the Erlenmeyer flask, as well as lumps that resembled rust. I suspect that layers may have peeled off, but that doesn’t make sense.
There was a membrane leak, which caused a leak in the tank; there was also a hole in the electrode mesh. We have encountered this situation before
Generally, it’s the coating on the cathode side that peels off
During the operation of NBH-2.7, we also noticed black, rust-like substances; they were present at both the inlet and outlet sampling points. The reason for this is unclear
It has happened a few times: 1) The tank wasn’t cleaned properly, chlorine corroded the gaskets, and black substances leaked out; 2) The coating came off, but it didn’t affect usage
Make sure the polarization of the rectifier is not reversed? !
