A question regarding time management statistics

I’ve always had difficulties understanding the statistics related to time management. Please forgive my bluntness: sometimes it’s chosen on the 26th, sometimes on the 28th, and sometimes on the 30th – it varies quite randomly. For example: It seems that the station manager and cleaners have set the deadline for statistics to be the day before the last day of each month, but not many people actually follow this rule. Take the station manager himself as an example – in September, which has 30 days, the deadline was set for the 29th, while in October, which has 31 days, it was set for the 28th. I don’t think this is about being petty; rather, it reflects a higher-level manager’s commitment to fairness and attention to grassroots management. In my company, many employees take pride in having a bonus that is 1 yuan higher than others’, and they are upset if it’s 1 yuan lower. The reason for this lies in the recognition of value. Effort should be rewarded, and this is even more true for HaiChuan. If a moderator worked in the last few days, there is no reason not to include that work volume in the work statistics.
