Why does the furnace exit temperature decrease?

At the outlet of our coking furnace, the temperature has dropped from 495 degrees to 460 degrees, while the temperatures at the overall outlet and at the bottom of the coke drum remain normal. Moreover, the pressures and pressure differences in various parts of the furnace have not changed compared to before the temperature drop. What could be the cause of this? Statement: Instrument failure is ruled out; the instrument readings are correct. Please help analyze it.
Reply 1# lijianhuai: It might be due to a change in the composition of the gas or fuel gas. Has 1 of the burners in the 2 stoves gone out?
Upstairs is correct; it’s very likely that the thermocouple has coked.

If it is due to a sudden drop in temperature, it is likely that water has entered the thermocouple sheath; this can happen during rain. Coking would not cause the temperature at the furnace outlet to drop by such a large amount so quickly.
