In the testing of a 35 t/h bag filter, the pulse valve starts to operate when the resistance reaches 1200 Pa, and it stops operating when the resistance drops to 800 Pa. However, in reality, it stops operating before reaching 800 Pa. I’m not sure why this happens; I hope experts can help analyze it.
The pulse valve starts to spray at 1200 Pa and stops spraying when the pressure drops to 800 Pa. The problem may lie in faulty instruments; if it’s not an instrument issue, then there might be a problem with the design calculations.
