An increase in vibration during acceleration may be due to too short a warm-up time or uneven heating of the cylinders. 3. The low-speed warm-up time is too long, resulting in excessively high exhaust temperature. 4. Poor alignment between the prime mover and the driven machine, or damaged coupling. 5. Rotor deformation, loss of dynamic balance, or loosening and detachment of rotor components. 6. Rotor scaling or foreign objects entering the cylinder. 7. The main steam temperature is too low, resulting in water hammer. 8. The oil temperature is too high or too low. 9. The bearing oil pressure is low and the oil volume is insufficient. 10. Bearing wear, excessive clearance in the bearing shells. 11. Deterioration of oil quality, oil emulsification. 12. Driving through a critical zone or operating in the vicinity of a critical zone. 13. Cracking and deformation of the unit foundation or loosening of the anchor bolts. 14. Compressor surge. 15. The compressor medium is contaminated with liquid.
