Currently, the use of recycled resources is quite popular. Our country currently imports a large amount of renewable resources such as waste plastics and electrical cables, as well as those recovered domestically. This gives rise to many problems related to processing techniques. 1. Plastics: At present, for materials with high plasticity such as PE, PC, PP, and composite plastics, processing involves simple steps like classification, crushing, cleaning, melting, extrusion, and granulation, after which they can be used for export. Is there a better way to increase its added value? Such as new technologies like adding additives and pigments to modify and improve the properties and color of plastics? I would appreciate your advice. 2. Cable insulation: For imported cable insulation, it is mostly sold after being directly crushed. Is there a better way to improve its quality? 3. Hard plastics such as those used in television casings are basically crushed directly to be used in the production of lower-end products. I think the proper way to recycle clinker is to break it down, purify it, and then recombine it, because materials like cable insulation have had their properties severely damaged by ultraviolet rays
