What are the structural features of the VQS centrifuge in catalytic units?
The VQS system integrates gas-solid cyclone separation technology, high-efficiency baffle pre-vaporization technology, and technology for improving the oil-gas containment rate. Specifically, a cyclone head with multiple (3–5) swirl arms is used at the outlet of the riser; a closed cover is installed outside the cyclone head, and 3–5 layers of high-efficiency baffle pre-vaporization sections are placed below the cyclone head. At the top of the closed cover, plug-and-socket type guide pipes and top swirl connections are employed. The VQS system is a compact fast split system at the bottom of the lift pipe, originally developed for internal lift pipe catalytic cracking units
