If 310S doesn’t work, just use Ni
The material used for pipes in hot alkaline environments depends on the concentration of the alkali, as well as temperature and pressure. Of course, the concentration and temperature of the alkali are the main influencing factors. Materials such as 316L, 20/PFA, and nickel valves can be used. Taking three-effect evaporation as an example, if I remember correctly, at a concentration of 36 and temperatures below 90 degrees, 316L is used; at a concentration of 50 and temperatures above 150 degrees, nickel valves are used, while 20/PFA valves are used for all other cases
