Why is there a loud vibrating noise from the low-voltage output busbar slot of the 6KV/400V transformer?

It’s likely that a certain fixed component isn’t secured properly; when a large current flows through it, resonance occurs!
There are only a few aspects to it. First, check whether there is a flexible connection between your transformer and the busbar bridge; if not, resonance may occur as a result of the transformer’s operation. Secondly, if the screws holding the busbar clamps are not tightened properly, noise can be generated by the busbars. You should be able to resolve this issue

The busbars were not properly secured during installation; perhaps the spacing between the fixing elements is too large. Check and reinforce them again. 2. It may also be due to the large currents flowing in the busbars during equipment operation, which generate forces between them and cause vibration; some cushioning material can be added to reduce vibration, but it is essential to ensure proper insulation and heat dissipation.
