The main reasons for poor carbonization crystallization are: low-quality additives that contain other surfactants or impurities； The crystallization temperature is not well controlled ； Additionally, excessive H2S content in the CO2 gas or improper operation can also cause abnormal crystallization.
Reasons for fine carbonization crystals include the downward movement of the reaction section, too low temperature at which the alkali is discharged, too rapid activation of the cooling water, an excessive gas-to-gas ratio, high tower load, high concentration of the neutralization water, and excessive discharge of alkali when the tower is switched over without raising the intermediate temperature, among others.
