How does the original poster play word games like this? It’s confusing; in the future, please state the questions clearly and don’t rush. The current Nitrogen Fertilizer Association is the organization that speaks on behalf of those in the fertilizer industry.

Don’t all provinces have fertilizer industry associations?
When the Ministry of Chemical Industry existed, the standards applied were stricter, inspections were more thorough, and it was possible to organize learning and experience exchanges within the system.
It’s hard to say; it’s not something that can be understood on its own
