There are several codes in the classification table of the design institute; it’s not clear whether they represent valve models or standards. What do VJFXAAUM, VHFUAARM, VHFUAAYM, VDFXAAU7, VCFUAARW, and VCFUAAYW mean? I couldn’t find it even by searching on Baidu. It is known that the material of these valves is A105 cold-forged steel (20#) and the pressure is 1500 LB (25 MPa), but it is not clear what exactly these values represent~
It doesn’t seem to be either of those; it’s probably some internal code or something like that from you guys
It seems to indicate the model of the valve. Some design institutes now use this method to denote valve models, and many imported valves are also coded in this way. One has to look up the coding instructions to find it. I encountered this recently as well; it’s a design from the Ningbo branch.
There isn’t enough information to make a judgment. It’s just mentioned as the grading table of the design institute, but what exactly are these grades? Material grade?
The pipeline material grade tables of design institutes include instructions for compiling valve codes, and the regulations vary from one institute to another; therefore, it is only possible to figure this out by asking the relevant design institute for those instructions.
We are from the Eighth Hospital, the Chengda Hospital. I’ll ask the people at the design institute this afternoon~
