I would like to verify an air cooler by using Aspen for simulation and then transferring the property files to HTRI. Problem: When simulating a heat exchanger (air cooler) in Aspen using the two-stream flow module, and after generating the DAT file to be imported into HTRI, opening it in HTRI results in the program showing the shell-and-tube heat exchanger input page. How can I change this to the air cooler verification page in HTRI? ? Should I choose the air cooler (Aerotran) module from the start in my initial simulation? Another question: How can the generated DAT files be imported into HTFS+? When I use the HTFS+ program to open DAT format files, an error always appears: xx.dat contains an unrecognized format. What is the cause?
