In order to strengthen the management of the safety and environmental protection team and leverage the leadership role of technical experts, the following temporary regulations are hereby established (the specific evaluation criteria are still being prepared): 1. Starting from November 7, 2010, each moderator and technical expert must post at least one post per day (including replies); please note that this refers to the number of posts per day, not the average for the month, and they must post at least 4 topic-based posts per month； 2. Each moderator and technical expert must be online for at least 1 hour per day (again, not the average for the month) ； 3. Each moderator must carry out no fewer than 3 management actions per day (again, this is not an average for the month, and it does not include actions such as promotion or highlighting). The above provisions shall come into effect at 24:00 on November 6, 2010. If you have any objections, please contact me before 24:00 on November 6, 2010. Thank you all for your support! Additional notes: 1. The assessment for this month will still be carried out in accordance with the assessment standards for the utility area. 2. The leave period (including weekends and public holidays) is not subject to this restriction. 3.
