For the replacement of the roller bearing lubricant in the rotor blower’s bearing housing (which uses splash lubrication), it is necessary to clean it first with a cleaning agent; should lubricant be added afterward? No cleaning is required, as the lubricant from splash lubrication has already carried away the dirt. Just change the oil directly
Generally, oil change does not require cleaning; however, cleaning is necessary when changing the oil during planned maintenance or overhauls. It is best to use oil cleaning agents, and after cleaning, blow out any residue with compressed air.
If necessary, use flour to make a paste and use it to remove impurities.
