Sulfur dioxide is used in the production process. Can the storage tanks for sulfur dioxide be kept together with other raw materials, or is it necessary to have a separate storage area for them, just like for tanks containing liquid chlorine and liquid ammonia?
Sulfur dioxide, being an oxidizing agent, should be stored separately from strong oxidizers, strong reducers, flammable materials, or combustible materials.
