Why is there a defect in the CAD display?

Why does my CAD 2007 file show as incomplete? The thumbnail shows it in its full form, but when I open it, all the annotation lines and the general outlines are missing. I’ve also installed Tianzheng 2007, and the same problem occurs there as well; all layers are visible when the file is opened
