Why does it take so long to establish the gas-phase flow when loading LPG?
Before departure, the liquid LPG is pressed into the vehicle using the pressure existing in the storage tank, which is both safe and energy-efficient. Once the pressure is balanced, the gas phase flow is established, and the pump is started to load the vehicle.

What exactly does the so-called loading pry tool mentioned by the guy upstairs include? Are there any LPG unloading jacks? Which one is better, the one with a unloading pump and a compressor?
At first, the pressure isn’t high and loading is fast, so it’s not a problem. But once a certain amount has been loaded, the pressure increases, loading slows down, or it becomes impossible to load any more. At that point, it’s necessary to use vapor phase processing. Additionally, some customers use nitrogen for unloading; if there’s too much nitrogen present, it displaces all the other gases, resulting in an excessive amount of non-condensable gases in the liquefied gas tanks, which affects production. It also helps prevent unauthorized customers from stealing gas
Problems encountered with the LPG compressor in our unit: When using the compressor to unload the vehicle, by connecting the gas line between the vehicle and the compressor and starting the compressor, there is no pressure at the outlet, while the pressure at the inlet even decreases. We’re not sure what’s causing this issue. So far, the compressor seems to be fine; could it be a problem with the process flow or something else? Please advise!

Check whether the gas phase of the storage tank and the hydraulic oil pump are operational, and whether the valves in the line from the compressor to the gas phase of the storage tank are fully open. It’s probably because one of the valves isn’t open
