Pressure transmitter, -0.1---1MPa, 0--1.6MPa. Differential pressure transmitter: 0---30KPa. Calibration equipment, pressure generation equipment, standard gauges, and so on. Who can explain it in relative detail? Or who is the agent? It’s best to have a complete set.
Fluke comprehensive calibrator 744, pressure calibrator 718, pressure module 700, pressure testing pump;
Foreign ones are too expensive; they often cost tens of thousands of dollars, so companies definitely won’t buy them. I’m not sure if there are any domestic agents available.
I have never used domestic pressure calibrators; our company uses Fluke’s standard instruments instead. The X series process calibrators from Zhejiang University Zhongkong are quite good, but they don’t come with a pressure module.
Finland, Bemex MC5, the full set costs 110,000; it’s really effective. For domestic products, a regular pressure calibration bench is sufficient; however, standard modules still require imported Ametek equipment.
A regular pressure table will work as well, as long as it’s a complete set.

The accuracy of pressure transmitters is now generally 0.075% FS or higher. How is a pressure testing bench verified? If I remember correctly, there’s a standard gauge on the side of the pressure testing bench – but are there pressure gauges with such high accuracy?
Pressure source: Hand pump (with modules for corresponding ranges of 1 MPA, 7 MAP, 750 PSI)/Piston pressure gauge (precision pressure gauge, conversion adapter)/fluck718 (equipped with relevant adapters). Output measurement: FLUCK725/FLUCK743/FLUCK744. Calibration: HART275/HART375/FLUCK743/FLUCK744. Hand pumps are available in pneumatic and liquid types. It’s better to buy the liquid version as the pressure is higher. It is necessary to purchase the appropriate gear oil; liquids with high viscosity should not be used. Otherwise, the response will be very slow
Currently, 0.02% is generally used for calibration
