The factory where I work has assigned us the task of performing pressure testing on valves weighing 2,500 kilograms, but we are not sure whether we have the necessary qualifications to carry out this work. Does anyone know if there are any regulations in this regard? Are qualifications required?

If you are concerned about the quality of the valves, you can specify detailed quality requirements and delivery inspection criteria when placing the order, rather than resorting to corrective actions afterwards, which could introduce new risks.
