We require that all components entering the electrolyzer, such as T202, T209, T206, T207, the pure water tank, and the high-purity hydrochloric acid tank, be sealed with adhesive; for the rest, it is sufficient to clean them with water until no sand or dust remains. There are no fixed standards for cleaning; it depends on what the owner requires.
Common methods include water flushing, pure water flushing, mild acid cleaning, purging, blasting, and coating, among which these methods are suitable for different operating conditions.
