In actual production, what effects does increasing the pressure in the reflux tank have on the operation of the distillation tower? ①The amount of vapor rising inside the tower decreases. ②The amount of liquid phase descending in the tower increases. ③The pressure at the top of the tower rises. ④The longitudinal temperature increases within the tower. ⑤ The content of heavy components in the liquid taken from the top of the tower decreases, while the content of light components in the distillate from the bottom of the tower increases.

In actual production, what effects does increasing the pressure in the reflux tank have on the operation of the distillation tower? ①The amount of vapor rising inside the tower decreases. ---It should be increased; ② the amount of liquid phase descending inside the tower increases. ---Yes, ③ the pressure at the top of the tower increases. ---Yes, ④ an increase in the longitudinal temperature within the tower – yes, ⑤ a decrease in the content of heavy components in the liquid taken from the top of the tower, along with an increase in the content of light components in the liquid distilled from the bottom of the tower. ---By adjusting the bottom temperature of the tower and, if necessary, the reflux, the quality at both the bottom and the top of the tower can be maintained constant. -----The above refers to increasing pressure within the allowable range.
Changes within the allowable range have little impact; theoretically, if the pressure changes significantly while the operating temperature is also altered, the product will remain qualified provided that the adjustments are made properly.
