No, the stop valve has some regulating function. Do you mean a check valve by \"one-way valve\"? If so, the functions of the two valves are completely different
No, globe valves have a directional property; this means that if they are installed in the wrong direction, it affects the flow of the fluid and reduces the accuracy of regulation. It doesn’t mean that no flow will occur if they are installed incorrectly, so it’s not possible to do that
