I’m looking for a method to calculate the thrust on buried fixed pipe piers. The technical specifications for urban directly-buried heating pipeline projects provide such a calculation method, but it’s too complicated; is there a simpler way to do it? Additionally, when several pipes are laid together, how should the combined action coefficient of the thrusts be determined?
