The function of the ash lock expansion condenser in a Luchie furnace
An essential device for relieving pressure in gray locks!
When the gray lock is depressurized, the steam inside it condenses in the expansion condenser; the resulting liquid is absorbed and filtered before being discharged. As a result of this condensation process, the pressure in the gray lock decreases, thereby preventing vibrations during depressurization
It accelerates pressure release, reduces the impact of high-temperature steam and dust on the valve seats, and decreases the emission of high-pressure steam and ash into the workshop, thereby improving the operating conditions in that workshop
It is used to condense the steam inside the ash lock and relieve the pressure in that lock. During operation, the pressure in the ash lock decreases within the expander, while the water in the expansion condenser is heated by the steam and is discharged through the pressure relief outlet, ultimately reducing the pressure in the ash lock to atmospheric level, thereby achieving the purpose of pressure relief.
