What is the issue with thermocouple detection of transitions?

The unit experimental apparatus has a heating tank, where the internal temperature and the external temperature are equal at the same point. However, each time it is heated, the internal temperature continues to rise to around 300 degrees, while the external temperature starts to drop. At first, I thought there was a problem with the external thermocouple, so I replaced it with a new one, but the issue persisted. I’m confused and hope someone experienced can give me some guidance.
This post was last edited by jlszhoujidai on 2010-11-8 at 14:25. It seems there is a problem with the temperature control system; check the setting parameters of the temperature control instrument: set values, PID parameter values, etc.
We are controlled directly by DCS; we changed the channel, but the problem persists. Urgent. . . . Looking forward to a reply
If nothing else is problematic, I still think it’s probably an issue with the set values in the parameters
