There is a vapor-liquid separation tank at the inlet of the water ring compressor; the water from the lower part of this tank flows directly to the inlet and outlet of the compressor through a heat exchanger. It serves as a liquid seal, with a pressure of around 0.2 MPa
The liquid ring serves a sealing function; liquid ring vacuum pumps work in a similar manner
Check the level of the working fluid, whether the sealing fluid is connected, the cooling water, and the inlet and outlet valves of the compressor – that’s about it
