Reasons for data disconnection in Hollyland workstation computers

Our company’s DCS control system is from Hilscher. After a software upgrade, one of the workstation computers keeps losing connection to the network; the issue is resolved once the computer is restarted, and no problems are detected with the network itself. Deleting and reinstalling the software does not solve the problem either. The server at the workstation does not have this issue. Recently, the disconnections have become more frequent, occurring at least twice a day. Does anyone know the reason for this and how to fix it?
It might be that the network cable is experiencing interference. Are your cables shielded?
