Odor problem in the thiourea unit

This post was last edited by fangqiong on 2010-11-8 at 23:36. There is currently one unit capable of producing 10,000 tons of thiourea per year, and there are serious odor problems during operation – how can these be resolved? If you have similar experience—please share it, thank you.
The thiourea we have also has a very strong odor, which is quite troublesome; could some expert please advise?
Plasma technology can be considered to remove sulfur-containing odors.
Raw materials for thiourea? Ammonium thiocyanate?
The leak location was sealed, and an exhaust system was added to collect or dispose of the gas uniformly.
