Hello everyone! How many are there who work in chemical engineering cost estimation, budgeting, and technical economics? Please reply and upvote to show your support. Due to work requirements, I have been looking for places where I can learn about *chemical engineering cost estimation and technical economics, in order to obtain a relevant qualification certificate. But the cost engineer qualifications I found on exam-related websites are only for civil engineering; I hope the moderator can tell me where I can learn and take the exams to obtain such qualifications. I think the only options are design institutes and consulting firms; other places rarely involve work related to technical economics.
In fact, all chemical engineering projects involve preliminary cost estimates, as every expense needs to be justified, which requires such estimates. I have done preliminary economic estimates for insulation work, but of course, my amateur efforts are not as good as those of professionals. I can learn *a little from you guys
