Problems with temperature shock tests for Q345R

The customer wants Q345R steel plates. He said I should carry out the temperature shock test at -20°. I would like to ask that usually, the temperature is 0° when the plates leave the factory. Is it possible to actually achieve an impact temperature of -20°?
It can be done if the customer requests it. It generally meets the requirements as well.
Our factory sometimes conducts tests at -20 degrees Celsius, and the results are generally within the acceptable range
