I’m torn; I hope everyone can offer some suggestions

It’s been over 3 years since I graduated from university, and there’s been no improvement. I majored in biological engineering and currently work in a chemical industry company. I feel that my professional knowledge is not sufficient, so I want to improve it by pursuing a master’s degree. I am also considering getting certified as a chemical engineer; I’m not sure which option would be better Mainly, I’m married now and have children, so my expenses will be higher in the future. Pursuing a postgraduate degree involves considerable expenses, and the financial situation doesn’t allow it. I have a suggestion for all the sea friends.
What do you do in a chemical company? Be more specific, so I can give you targeted advice. If you have a bachelor’s degree, it’s not recommended that you pursue a master’s degree
