However, the feedback I received regarding the drawings was that post-weld processing is required, and it is necessary to ensure that the tolerance for the perpendicularity between the sealing surfaces of the two flanges and the cylinder body is no more than 1 millimeter.
After the flanges are processed, they are assembled and welded. When assembling, choose flanges with good centering properties, and pay attention to the following points: 1. It is essential to control the dimensions of the tube sections – their length, width, and diagonal dimensions. 2. Ensure the straightness of the tube sections during assembly, maintain consistent gaps for the welds, and use low current along with multiple layers of welding. 3. “L = 60,000 and DN = 30,000; it is also necessary to ensure that the tolerance for the perpendicularity between the sealing surfaces of the two flanges and the cylinder body is not greater than 1 millimeter.” Riveted and welded components cannot meet this requirement. Welding stress deformation may exceed 1 mm.
