Dear marine engineers, please discuss: What are the common types of high, medium, and low-pressure valves used in such systems (globe valves, throttle valves, gate valves, ball valves, etc.), and what is their usage pattern? Manufacturer name?
It makes no difference where it’s produced； My friend works at a valve factory in Kaifeng; he says that the main problem when buying valves these days is that it’s difficult to find those produced by large manufacturers ； It’s the supplier who purchased the valves in the Zhejiang area ； It’s not something from a real big company ； If you need me to ask a friend to get in touch with you ； I’m using their valves right now.....................

The choice of valve still depends on the operating conditions. Valve manufacturers exist in various places, and there are differences in quality among them; whether it’s large or small factories, it comes down to the level of commitment they have. I work for a small factory that specializes in ball valves, and we often do OEM work for larger companies. Whenever I see XX Valve Co., Ltd. mentioned on the pipelines used by some customers, I can’t help but smile.
