Reasons for the prolonged non-compliance of the waste boiler discharge process parameters: First, the quality parameters of the water fed into the boiler are not up to standard; Second, the boiler’s slag discharge volume is low ; Third, the method of discharging waste is incorrect.
How should the discharge parameters be controlled? When is the right time to carry out continuous or intermittent discharges? If this waste boiler retains a high salt content for too long, will it experience foaming similar to what happens in a boiler? ? ? ? ?

Waste discharge: Continuous discharge occurs over a long period of time, so there is no issue related to timing; it’s only necessary to control the amount of waste discharged. Intermittent discharge involves a waste discharge rate of around 1-2%. Water quality parameters: For boiler water, the acceptable levels are as follows: phosphate at 10–20 ppm, chloride ions at less than 20 ppm, hydrazine at 0.01–0.03 ppm, and total solids at less than 50 ppm. The main parameters that need to be controlled are phosphate and hydrazine – phosphates prevent scale formation, while hydrazine helps remove oxygen. Additionally, chloride ions can cause corrosion; high levels of total solids can lead to azeotropy between steam and water, resulting in reduced steam production and poorer steam quality. (This is just some of our experience with this process.) And then there’s this point from above: the waste boilers have an excessively long service life, and scale buildup occurs, so a cleaning system is necessary.
