There is an integrated orifice plate flow meter at the site that has been installed in the wrong orientation; I would like to use the HRAT475 to correct this, but I can’t find the relevant menu page. Please help, experts

:I use the L-Hard protocol and the Brown protocol more often. The Hard protocol is used less often. It is described in great detail in the transmitter manual of EJA.
Some differential pressure transmitters can support measuring in reverse. But it’s a different story if the throttle element is installed in the wrong direction.
An integrated orifice plate seems to not be able to be installed in reverse, right? Otherwise, wouldn’t the throttling element also be in the wrong orientation?
Smart differential pressure transmitters support measuring in reverse direction; if the orifice plate is installed backwards, using 475 or 375 will not allow reversal of the measurement, and only by reversing the positive and negative pressure tubes can this be achieved.
The orifice plate flow meter is installed in the wrong direction; it must be corrected. Using HRAT in this situation is not acceptable~~~
It doesn’t help even if you change it; reinstall it.
Original poster, the central hole of the orifice plate inside an integrated orifice plate flow meter is cone-shaped; during installation, the sharp end should face the direction of flow, while the flared end serves as the outlet. In other words, the orifice plate has a directional property and cannot be installed in the reverse direction. If it is installed in the wrong direction, there will be measurement errors, and this cannot be changed using any transmitter or HART protocol handheld device. The only solution: turn around and reinstall it.
