I am a recent master’s graduate in chemical engineering this year, and I’m not sure whether it would be better to work for an automotive company or some other type of company, or perhaps to work at a chemical engineering design firm. . .
Personally, I think it’s better to work in the automotive industry
If it’s a boy, it’s definitely better to join an chemical engineering design institute. It’s hard to say for girls; working in a chemical engineering design institute might be more demanding, while working in an automobile company would probably be easier. The main specialty of the chemical engineering design institute is chemical engineering, with other specialties serving as supporting ones ； The dominant field for automobile companies is machinery and its manufacturing, with other fields serving as supporting elements.

Also, is the potential for growth relatively low if one works in the automotive supply industry?
I thought about fighting with people a bit earlier. Working at a design institute is quite demanding, as there is a lot of work to handle, especially in the field of process piping. When projects are rushed, overtime work is almost inevitable.
