As reported, the MTP unit comprises units for reaction and regeneration, separation, compression, refining, as well as ethylene refinement. Construction of this project began on August 12, 2007, and it took 38 months to complete the mechanical construction and achieve final handover, thereby removing obstacles from the entire process. Three editions have also passed, and we have worked together here and put it into practice. The MTP unit is by far the most representative unit within the Tonglun coal chemical complex. In the history of chemical plant construction in China, it is the only unit that has taken such a long time to go from design to completion. Under such difficult conditions, through the joint efforts of the project participants, as well as the group company, Datang International, and the Energy and Chemical Company – the three parties responsible for the project – we were able to complete it in the end. The difficulties involved make this achievement truly remarkable. Third are thoughts. Tolun Company will, together with all the parties involved in the project, witness the testing process of this device, work together to overcome the difficulties that arise during testing, and collaborate to resolve any issues that emerge, so that this device can soon start operating properly and enter normal production mode. President Wang pointed out that there are still some residual issues following the completion of the project that require further attention from our side. All participating parties must continue to invest sufficient human and material resources to ensure that the safety performance of the equipment and the integrity of the system are fully maintained. President Wang emphasized that all employees of Dorun Company must approach this project, as well as the difficulties and problems we face, with a sense of ownership. They should treat this project as their own endeavor and work diligently to resolve these issues – this is the attitude expected of us as the owners of this enterprise.
