It definitely can’t be transferred anymore! 1. Stop the machine and check whether the rotor is damaged. 2. Check if the bearings are severely worn. 3. Check whether the mouth ring is severely worn.
The TRG gauge comes in green, yellow, and red colors; the pointer being in the green area indicates that the pump is operating normally; Monitoring should be intensified or a stop for inspection is required when the pointer is in the yellow zone ; If the pointer is in the red zone, stop the machine immediately to check components such as the pump’s bearings, thrust discs, and seal rings.

A certain component inside the pump is severely worn; pay special attention to the pump shaft and bearings. Please also pay special attention to checking whether the pump is running in reverse. Please provide the specific brand of the pump.

The red area indicates a problem with the pump bearing, or it may be running in reverse. It can’t run any longer; fix it right away
Stop the machine immediately to check whether the wear of the graphite bearings is beyond acceptable limits; over time this can lead to the destruction of the entire machine, including the rotor and impeller. This information is available in the manual – be sure to keep that in mind.

It definitely needs to be stopped for inspection; it can only be used when it’s in normal condition.
