Recent graduates looking for jobs

I am a graduate student in chemical engineering, working on molecular sieves as my research topic. What kind of job should I look for? It seems that all job listings require work experience; which companies are willing to give recent graduates the opportunity to gain some experience?
It is recommended to join a foreign company or a large state-owned chemical enterprise right after graduation. Small businesses, avoid it.
