Chemical process to equipment

I am a recent graduate in chemical engineering processes, currently working at a state-owned enterprise; due to a shortage of staff for the equipment, the company wants me to take on tasks related to that equipment. I don’t know what preparations need to be made now What kind of books should I read? I would appreciate some guidance from those who are more experienced. Thank you.
Chemical equipment, fluid machinery, etc., or simply reading books on mechanics should all work.
I went straight to the seniors in the factory who work with equipment to ask for help, and then I found relevant books to study on my own*.
It’s recommended not to make such a conversion; only equipment can be converted into processes, but not processes into equipment. If conversion is necessary, significant effort will be required – one needs to know mechanical drawing, as well as topics such as process equipment design, chemical fluid machinery, process equipment control technology, and process equipment sealing technology. There are too many of these topics; I’ll just mention these ones
It’s easy to switch from process work to equipment work; the courses required are similar, so transitioning from one area to the other is quite straightforward
Make an effort to learn about equipment knowledge; it’s quite promising to have both an understanding of equipment and of the manufacturing processes
