During normal production, what are the main factors that affect the operating pressure of a distillation tower?
The amount and pressure of steam, the feed load of the system, and the volume of reflux! Pressure and temperature are directly proportional to each other; where the pressure decreases, the temperature must also decrease!
Main influencing factors: pressure, temperature, material.
What are the causes of negative pressure at the top of an atmospheric pressure tower?
The atmospheric pressure tower has insufficient load; either the amount of water in the water cooler is too high, or the low temperature is caused by too low a load, resulting in a high reflux rate. We also often experience negative pressure here
Feed rate, feed components! Increase water volume, reflux ratio! Steam volume and quality, circulating water pressure!
