Recent projects have all involved PMC management, but it seems that there isn’t a unified understanding among everyone regarding how to carry out this management, what needs to be done, and what the relevant PMC management documents are. I seek advice from experts.
It’s good that there’s no standardization – that’s always been the case in our country. If foreigners say that the bidding system is good, we all rush to adopt it, but our bidding system is nothing like theirs; it’s just a superficial imitation. When foreigners use stocks as a means to do business, we also rush to do the same, only to find that it doesn’t work the same way either – it’s simply a way to make money. When they implement social security systems, we do the same, but what result does that yield?
