What level of operation have the MTP units at Duren and Ningmei reached?

When will the official commissioning of the entire plant take place? ? Ningmei’s plant should have started operating at full capacity by now. Was the furnace at GSP started successfully? Ningmei MTP has already produced qualified products; trials are set to take place in December this year

I heard some time ago that Shell’s furnace at Doron was successfully brought online; it’s really frustrating to not know when the conversion unit, low-temperature methanol washing unit, methanol synthesis unit, and distillation unit will be put into operation!
At the current stage, Dolun Coal Chemical’s main focus is on the MTP unit; however, the factors that primarily hinder the progress of commissioning are external air separation systems, utility services, and the issues related to the company’s own power plant. It is believed that if the issues related to the external piping systems are properly resolved, particularly ensuring a stable supply of nitrogen at low and high pressures as well as steam at medium and high pressures in terms of both quantity and quality, the commissioning of the MTP unit will proceed more smoothly.

The Shell furnace has always been a stumbling block for Toron MTP! If this tiger is killed, then success will be within reach~~! Looking forward to good news! !

I hope a friendly way can be found to resolve this issue with the furnace; otherwise, the investment of hundreds of billions will end up as scrap metal! This stove from Shell failed to ignite the coal; instead, it first ignited the flames in the various units that were being fed with fuel! Alas!
The GSP project at Ningxia Coal is progressing rapidly; Boiler No. 3 has already produced crude gas, and preparations are now underway to start up Boiler No. 4
Hoping for success soon, whether it’s Ningmei or Datang
