Does anyone know how Tianchen Engineering Company’s Heilongjiang branch is?

I have a master’s degree in chemical engineering and am about to graduate. Now, Tianchen’s Heilongjiang branch has offered me a job. I would like to ask if anyone is familiar with this company, what the benefits are like, and whether there are good career prospects there. I study in Beijing and work in Heilongjiang; the difference in environment is huge, and it’s also far from home. If the workplace isn’t really good, it’s not worth going there
I’m not sure about the status of that branch, but why not give the Tianjin office a try first? Or a design institute in Beijing

My bachelor’s degree is not from a 211 university, so I can’t get in. If you want to work at a large design institute like this, you’ll have to go to a place that’s a bit more remote.
Is it required this year that both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees be from 211 universities? Is it still your chemical industry?
